+ 0 moreAlbion gave us an estimate last fall which included a thorough evaluation of the needed work and our goals. Wet weather moved the work to spring of 2014. We needed to finish the work before putting the house on the market and a key date open house. Albion worked with their schedule to make this possible. They were prompt, courteous, tidy and ready to discuss any changes or suggestions about the work. The excellent finished job was just what we needed at the right time. It has been a pleasure working with them and so they are now doing a complete interior repaint on our two bedroom condo.
Description of Work: Washed, scraped, prep'd and stained the exterior [2 coats] our 4 bedroom home. Is now working to paint the interior of our 2 bedroom condo.
