This company was friendly, easy to work with, and super nice for the first four years. But last year, something changed. It's almost as if they want to deliberately get rid of customers. A new service tech who had never been to my house before had accidentally performed a service that we had not asked for (and in fact, had never asked for over the entire time we used them.) When I called to tell them about it they told me they were going to charge me for it despite my protestations that I'd never asked for it. Things went from bad to worse at this point. Never once did I get to speak to the owners. At all times conversations were relayed through a "gatekeeper" so conversations were obviously skewed to protect any workers who made mistakes. The owner never once called to speak to us directly, and apparently has no interest in hearing from a loyal customer. They took my deposit for a pool opening this year, and showed up unannounced claiming they had left a message on my voicemail account. As I have a gated property, they were unable to get in ? and we had nothing ready for them to open the pool (as we did not expect them since we had received no call.) To be sure that I had not dropped the ball, I had my voicemail company check my account's phone usage details and found they left no message at all. I explained this to them, and asked if they could switch me with someone else this week, since I did pay a deposit to get the week of my choosing for opening. They called back the next day, told me that they trust their people to tell the truth, and that their person said they did leave a message. Then they told me to find another pool company. So now they have my deposit (since last year) and have left me in the lurch to open my pool this year. RUN ? do not walk ? away from this company. Save yourself the aggravation. They're wonderful to work with until they make a mistake ? and I promise you they will make one ? then they're going to throw the customer under the bus. I hope the owners learn to start talking to their customers directly when there are problems.

They are punctual, professional and knowledgeable. They installed the pool 30 years ago and they have maintained it since. If you have a problem they come out that day.
