R N GLIDDEN LANDSCAPING SVC

A friend recommended RN Glidden to us. Rich Glidden, the owner, came out in mid-September to give us an estimate, and his price for the garden work was considerably less expensive than another company we consulted (the estimates for the walkway were both around $1700.00). He said he could not do the work for a number of weeks due to other jobs he had, which was fine with us. Rich came out himself the last week of October along with two men and equipment. They were very professional. All of the work was done in two days, and it looks great.

Rich finished our retainer wall which is just lovely. He also put a pipe in so our down spout feeds in there and out as opposed to the ugly rubber pipe we had sticking out. Quality work. You definitely won't be disappointed. His prices might be higher than someone else, but when you hire him, you don't need to worry what it will look like. He is the best!

Rich Glidden listened carefully to what we were after and brought in a landscape designer who designed a full plan for our entire property. The work was done when scheduled and professionally. Progress was made a bit more difficult by the presence of an electrician we hired to install lighting on the wall and in the steps. But, Rich made sure all was done properly and on time. A clear indication of his work ethic was when he saw a section that had not been laid to his satisaction. Rich personally removed the blocks and re-laid them himself. Lastly, since the blocks used on the rear patio were a new configuration for RIch. the following spring he called to be sure that no problems had emerged over the winter. I recommend R N Glidden Landscaping without any reservation.

Ecellent. Everything was done to perfection and on time. Anything that was not to Mr. Glidden's standards was removed and redone without us having to say anything. All work was professionally done and the crew was excellent. The following spring Mr. Glidden called to make sure that everything was still okay after the hard winter we had experienced. I recomment this company without reservation and will use them in the future.
