Fast response and great work

I am a single woman buying an older modular home in Middleboro. I had a concern about the functioning of my garage doors as they did not seem to be performing as they should. I also got locked out of my new house because the clicker stopped working. Since I am unfamiliar with the Middleboro area I looked on the internet + checked ratings . I left a message at Swain Garage Doors voicemail + got a return call within a short time. I was nervous about a workman coming to my home as I now live alone + am aware I could easily be bamboozled into replacing my entire garage when I only needed a new door opener. Sam Swain came to my home + I now have a new friend . He was pleasant, polite,professional, knowledgable + explained my options . He showed me what was necessary to be done at this point + quickly made those repairs. I now have new clickers , well functioning garage doors + an outside key pad so I will never be locked out again. THANKYOU SAM SWAIN

It was a great experience! Sam kept me informed as to when he was going to arrive, exactly what needed to get fixed/replaced and what the total cost would be. We had a very nice conversation before he started work. He also gave me some advice on another issue I have which I really appreciated. He also gave me a 10% discount for my military service which is much appreciated. I will contact Swain Garage Doors if I have any issues in the future and I highly recommend them to everyone!

On time and excellent work

My garage door was slightly damaged by a vehicle rolling back into it. Sam at Swain called and we agreed on a time heâ d come. He called again and let me know he was on his way. He looked everything over and noticed a roller was knocked off the track. He got the roller back on track and told me the door is still in good operating condition, just a little cosmetic imperfection. He suggested I leave well enough alone, shook my hand, and wouldn't take any money for his time. He was prompt, professional and did me a solid. I would recommend him any time. Frank Prendergast

Very happy with our recent garage door install through Swain Garage Doors. Sam was professional from the moment we met him and he did an incredible job with a complete replacement including doors, tracks, motors, etc. We went with Amarr Classuca steel doors and are thrilled with the look and the features.
