SILVA STAMPED CONCRETE

Steve Silva met with us several times to plan out the job and refine the details. After agreeing to all the details we paid a deposit. A very small amount of our old pool deck was removed a week or two later, then a long gap, then I called to complain, then a little more work, then a long gap, then I called to complain (get the picture). In their defense, early on we had a problem with mud due to the wet spring, their bobcat kept sinking in the mud. Even though, there were more delays then there should have been and Steve wasn't good about returning my calls. Finally, after an upset call to Easton Pool they finished the removal of the old deck. After that we had a back and forth about the exact layout of the new deck. After a couple of tries with layout they got it right. The job moved very quickly now. They poured a beautiful deck. The end product was fabulous but it was like pulling teeth to get it done. I would use them again but would work it differently.
