Description of Work: He did come to give me an estimate , but never called back with the estimate.

Description of Work: Maintenance & service contract on a home generator. They come out once just for routine maintenance and check up, which is easily scheduled, requires nothing of me, and is professional and reassuring. If there were problems during the year they would respond accordingly; but so far have not had any need for the additional service.
