Description of Work: We have had Pires Painting for both inside and outside work. They do a excellent job from beginning to end and we are always happy with the completed project. We have been using Pires for the last 15 years and will continue to call for all painting work we need.

Description of Work: Seven room job, including wood stair case and staining work for a fiberglass faux mahogany door. The door was really messed up by another painting company, when the owner inspected the work to be done he was confident he could make it look right, he did. Price was negotiated and all work was completed on time at the agreed upon price. The work was very well done.There was one door that needed to be repainted as the sprayer malfunctioned, this was done with no hassle and at no extra cost. I recently built a new home, 2,600 sq feet. I had no trouble choosing Pires painting again. As the owner visited our project we discussed the work to be done, timelines and budget. We agreed upon terms, the owner entered us into his schedule and we agreed to firm up the start date as the project progressed. Sadly, due to illness the owner alerted us to some changes in staff, but promised all work would proceed as scheduled. Once again, all work was completed on time and on budget. We were asked if our project could stand a short delay ( 3 days ) as an unexpected staffing issue was resolved. This doesn't happen usually, most subs come and go with the wind, or the cash ! We agreed and after a short break work was resumed and completed. I have built 5 homes in the past 16 years, if I had known about Pires Painting earlier I would have used them for all projects. Unfortunately, the owner Mr Eusebio Pires passed away earlier this year after a long battle. The company is being run now By Mrs Pires. My dealing with her have left me with the feeling that the company is in good hands. The painters that work for the company understand what quality is, how to take pride in their work and what a fair days work really is. I recommend Pires Painting for all who want the best at a fair price done on time.
