Excellent service and install. Units work great and I got rebates from the State.

I got the impression he was just basically very straight with me. He got my old system working. He says, "I'll do what I can to keep it working." And he says, "You've got to think about replacing it at some point." Then when he came and did the actual replacement work, he was very efficient, quick and clean. He explained everything to me and showed me everything he was doing. He gave me all the literature on all the different rebates that were being offered by the state. He recommended a bunch of different pieces of equipment and then he said, "I'll put in whatever you want." And he said, "Here's why I like this one in that one. Here's why I like that one in this one." So he helped me figure out what kind of system to put in. I priced it out with others. They were all comparable. So I can't say he was discounted, but I didn't feel like he was gouging me. His workmanship was fantastic. He came out the day I called him. When I said, "I need somebody to look at this." He was like, "I can be there in an hour." He was very quick. He showed up when he said he was going to be there and finished up when he said he was going to finish. I'm going to use him for my annual maintenance. I've got a central air conditioning which he didn't deal with. But he can deal with it. So, I'll probably have him look at that at some point for me.
