Kd Heating & Air Conditioning

Kenny and his team are awesome! Took a bit to get him out here to do the initial job, it was beginning of summer so there were a lot of a/c jobs and here I was replacing my boiler. But once he got out here, him and his team did a fantastic job! Everything looked so good (ie wires were zip tied, cables hung from beams, etc). I even asked his plumber to look at my hot water heater while they were here since my ex-wife had a friend install it and he did shoddy work. He agreed and replaced a copper pipe free of charge! Fast forward to this past weekend. I went to go turn on my heat for the first time since getting my new boiler installed, and one of my zones wasn't working. I emailed Kenny who immediately replied and offer to come out first thing Monday. Well I work Mondays so they came out today and it turned out to be the wire for the thermostat had come undone since the previous homeowner had rigged two wires together poorly. They ran whole new wire and I'm up and running! Very professional, always cleaned up after themselves, and besides getting him out here to start the job, have always been very responsive and punctual! I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and will recommend them to all my friends!

They did a good job but my son called them to come back and fix one of the ducts and also to fix something downstairs. He had a sub contractor from another plumbing provider. They did not come back and fix something that should have been done. They made an exhaust system to go outside and they left it so bad that there is space there through which the cold air comes in. So my son called Kd Heating and Air Conditioning since we paid $9900 to them and Kd Heating and Air Conditioning then called the another provider. They never came to fix that nor does the duct work where there was something that was loose in my son's room. We called them repeatedly and they just said that we could just plug it in with anything. So I had bought some little squares of insulation but who is there to put it there. The other contractor whom Kd Heating and Air Conditioning brought in put in a tank less hot water system and we had a lot of problems with that. It was not their fault since the system itself was not right. I don't blame the contractor since they did not make it, they just installed it and they came back various times. They did not want to make good on it so I called Kd Heating and Air Conditioning and threatened him saying that if he does not fix it and if something happens to this house and this house blows up he would have to answer for that. So he came the same day to fix that. I did not get too much satisfaction from the other provider. But the guy from Kd actually made them come back, bring in a brand new system and install it and take the one that was defective out. I am sad because I actually recommended them to a lot of people and they did not come back to fix the rattling duct work and fix the space in the outside exhaust that is part of the tank less hot water.

I called Kenny to come over and give us an estimate on a heating system. He was willing to come over when we were available. He went through the house and within a few days had a very good price for what we wanted compared to other companies that wanted almost twice the price or it was too much work for them being a older house (I had 3 other estimates). We then set up a date to start. The crew arrived on time, put the system in within the two days they said it would take. the crew cleaned up after, were very knowledgable, polite, professional and all around good guys. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We already have another job set up with them. Thank you Angie!! for letting people know that there are young people out there starting their own business and caring about the workmanship and professionalism they stand for.

He did a really good job. I would use them again.
