All around I.D.G. Was very professional, but also personal. From showing up on time for the initial consult to finishing the job on time. They arrived on time each morning, they were very neat even though this was a dirty job, you wouldn’t even know they were here. They are very familiar with and helped navigate the requirements for both the MassSave Program and the ZAI Trust Program. Both Sandro and Jordy were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this company. Yesenia was instrumental in providing the initial estimate, the invoice and other required documents and pictures. Communication and response times were all positive. They all did an amazing job; no more Vermiculite and black mold. Thank you.

They gave us a very reasonable estimate and did the work at the price they quoted. They did the work on time and during the timeframe they promised. They did excellent work including the cleanup and disposal.

Sandro and Yesenia were awesome to work with. I had a pipe wrapped in asbestos, Sandro and his colleague got rid of it the same week and finished the job within 3 hours. They walked me through the steps of how asbestos is removed and walked me through getting the space inspected. I would highly recommend working with them. They are very professional and easy to work with. Will definitely be calling them back for any future services!

Sondro was so polite. When he said it would take a week for the state to issue a permit. He was apologetic. Our asbestos removal job was small so the state waived the hiring of another company. The moment they knew IDG Environmental Services contacted me and were out the next day removing the asbestos. I was most impressed. A very clean area was left behind. No complaints from us .
