+ 0 moreWe have been extremely satisfied with Elf's landscape. They do a very good job - we are getting lots of comments on how good the lawn looks these days ;-) They have very responsive and accommodating to special requests and very responsive to our phone calls. For example, for a while we were renting our house and asked them to email the invoices instead of mailing them which they did willingly. They always respond to voice messages. They make changes to their service with efficiency. The Fall clean up was wonderful. They allowed us to decide when it would be done (our leaves fall late in the season so we asked them to wait until they were all down) and when they came they got it done quickly and did a great job.
Description of Work: We have been using Elf's landscape for a year now. They mow our lawn and do a Fall clean up for us.

+ -1 moreElf's Landscape did a great job removing some large bushes from the front and side of our house. They were quick and professional and did a great job with the removal of the bushes. I thought they went above and beyond my expectations- removing stumps that we hadn't talked about (but clearly needed to go) and really doing a great job cleaning up the whole area. I would definitely use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreThey were no nonsense. Showed up early, finished the job quickly ---> fair, honest, professional. Stuck with their estimate after visiting our site personally for an on-site evaluation of what needed to be done. They are the best!
Description of Work: Fixed our gravel driveway by leveling out a difficult slope and bringing in multiple truckloads of gravel. They even cleared the gravel off the grass where another company's snowplow had mistakenly pushed it during a bad winter storm --> a very thoughtful touch which we appreciate!

+ -1 moreElf is a fantastic company to work with. They did exactly the job they quoted on time and the results were wonderful. The sod is green and lush and all I have done is water it. They were willing to work with me on every details even those that other contractors were not willing to discuss. Their pricing was honest and transparent as well as the lowest of the 5 bids I received. They even planted the excess sod to patch my yard after the pool construction rather than wasting it! I love recommend anyone who needs landscaping to check them out.

Elf's Landscaping was the only company that took the time to walk the yard, ask the questions, provide suggestions, took pictures, measured the yard space, mailed me digital copies of what my landscaping would look like when completed with cost break-outs. Deb set the date, and 5 people came on time that morning. The initial price was higher than the other companies, but they know I plan to have them back each fall and spring for major yard clean-up. Those prices were much better than the other company so it all seems to balance out. They handled everything from start to finish with complete competence. I'm please to contract with the smaller more local businesses.
Description of Work: I decided it was time to let a professional landscaper "tidy" up my gardens and row of border shrubs. I wanted to make each border garden a bit wider with shrub pruning; new plants; dig out and assemble a small raised garden bed. My back row of border shrubs were really overgrown to they were cut down considerably to get things under control. They provided a generous amount of mulch for all the flower beds. They also cut out and installed a unique mix of stone in the backyard ground to support my portable fire pit. I've already received complements from neighbors walking by. I plan to continue doing the day-to-day yard maintenance, but it's nice to have the professional clean everything up in a big way seasonally.
