Description of Work: Kevin arrived at our home at the time he promised to provide an estimate to repair our basement sump and replace the pump that burned out with a very high quality pump that we would not be able to buy off the shelf at any local hardware store. We agreed on the price and scheduled the work and Kevin called to make sure that time/date still worked for us.
