COZY CLOSETS LLC

I say this went very well, no complaints. They got them job neatly, well organized, finished on time, and within the estimate. I definitely would use them again in the future.

We learned about Cozy Closets via a coupon that came through the mail. We contacted two other companies in addition to Cozy Closets and have rated them on the Angie's List website. Dennis came to our house to look at our space - a former small room that our contractor gutted so we could have a walk-in closet - and using a computer program, prepared a design. Dennis came on time and is a nice guy, but as he had almost no experience as a closet designer, it took him almost 2 hours to complete the design. Unlike the knowledgeable women who represented the other two companies, we had to tell him that closet design requires that there be 24 inches between the sides. Despite his inexperience, he provided us with an attractive, workable design that optimized our space and was identical to the design prepared by one of the other companies. As Cozy Closet's design was $400 less and the installation could be done within 2 weeks, we hired Cozy Closet. My husband was home when the installation was done, and he spoke very highly of the installer, with the only complaint being that he could have cleaned up more thoroughly. The closet system looks great and makes very efficient use of our space. I particularly like that the installer sprayed the area with a very refreshing, lemony spray. While Dennis told us that the bags for our 2 hampers were on back order, he didn't tell us that we'd have to wait for the tie rack and 2 valet rods, too. I emailed company president Ryan Bertalotto about that and quickly got a return call from Paul, who said he was emailing their vendor and would get to me with a delivery date for the missing accessories. I waited about 10 days to follow up with Paul, and he has not yet gotten back to me with a delivery date or offer to credit us for the missing items while we wait for them.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Our sales rep/designer, Ed Miller, was prompt and knowledgeable. He came to our home for the appointment right on time. Ed spent time explaining the options for closets, showing us example photos and collaborating with us as we designed our closet system on his laptop. We had a very tight space and he made some very helpful suggestions. He presented samples of the materials from which we could choose. He calculated the costs on site and we were given the option to order then or think about it. We had done our homework and this was by far the best price we'd come across. (It may be possible to find less expensive alternatives, but they do not include expert installation). We had the closet installed at our convenience and it was beautiful. We had one small issue (that was probably our fault) and they were very accommodating to come back a few days later to correct it. We are completely happy with this vendor and would work with them again in an instant.
