Craig and his crew worked very ho*** ** our house and we’re so pleased with the results. Craig was always friendly and helpful, and his crew were as well. Very happy with the quality of the job, couldn’t believe how clean our eaves came out!

These guys did a great job. The price was reasonable and Craig would always respond to my questions promptly by text or phone call. I already have plans to use CAS properties again for some other painting projects.

I am so happy with my new living room and kitchen area. The ceiling was done over with a link sheet rock and mud plus paint. The walls were also coated and painted, they even helped me pick out the right shade of grey. Craig followed up quickly to my inquiry and price was less than quoted by others as well. The best part was how honest and personable the staff was. Shawn and Brian we're both knowledgeable and funny. I will definitely be calling CAS again for any future updates I need to my home.

CAS Property Services did an excellent job fully scraping and sanding old paint that was in awful condition and very ugly; and they did an excellent job applying one coat of primer and two coats of excellent quality Benjamin Moore paint. Although I hope the paint job remains in great shape, I would hire again if I needed interior painting or any other work on my property.

It was clean. They were courteous and did a good job.

I work for Hallkeen Management we are a large muilt family property management company. We use CAS for projects quite frequently at the properties from painting walls to plowing snow. CAS is always on budget for all my projects with well laid out contracts to help with a smooth work flow. They complete the work quickly with a high quality on all projects. CAS is run by a very communicated base owner he is easy to get a hold of when needed. He always fully understand the projects and does them to spec. All around great company a diamond in the rough that we love to have them as a vendor.
