Quick and efficient Great job

I hired CAS Property Service to help us with dripping gutters on a 2 family home. Craig contacted me immediately, made an appointment with me that week and assessed the house. He assured me that all it really needed was to be thoroughly cleaned. He took care of it quickly and charged us a reasonable price. I was very pleased with the work and I would certainly recommend him to my friends.

Needed deck repaired (rot) and then painted. Also did same for my front porch. Had to be done within time limit per my condo association. He scheduled right away, quoted a fair price, constant contact by phone to update me. Craig and his employees are outstanding, my neighbor hired him on the spot, excellent work! Would hire again in a heartbeat and recommend to everyone. Thanks Craig!

Communication was timely, prompt, and professional, and the work was done quickly, efficiently, and neatly. Craig and his guys showed up exactly when they said they would, they performed the work to the exact specifications we had discussed, and they finished in the precise time frame that they'd promised. It was a great experience dealing with them and, not only would I recommend them to anyone in the area, I'd hire them again without hesitation.

They did a great job repairing old crumbling plaster in a difficult stairwell. They came a few days after hours to accommodate our schedule and were always on time and courteous.

They do excellent work. The only thing I didn't like was not being told what time they were coming. It varied, so it would have been nice to know an approximate time. They had to come back 4 or 5 times. If it was only one day I wouldn't have cared. Better communication would be my only suggestion. The workers were all great & did a good job.
