I worked with Adriano Varano on the sale of my mother’s house in Needham. The house trust was hung up in Massachusetts Land Court for over a year, so I had a longer than usual relationship with Adriano. He was the soul of patience during a long and tedious wait, always energetic and encouraging. He and his assistant Beth did an impeccable job marketing the house, staging it, and getting it sold very quickly in this fall’s down market. Varano Realty is a first-class operation. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Adriano and his team.
