Rick Ryan is a gem. Professional, fast working, and responsive. I recommend him completely.

Mr. Ryan did an excellent job. I called him around noon and he came the next day early in the morning and was very friendly towards me and my tenants. Remarkably, he had the spare parts in his van and he was able to do the work right away. He was courteous, and he explained everything. It is difficult for me to to imagine that anyone else could have done such a great job at such reasonable rates. It is obvious that he is very skilled in his profession.

He was excellent. He showed up exactly on time, quickly assessed the problem and finished up equally fast. It wasn't a complicated fix (dryer needed a new belt), but I was impressed with how efficient he was. Pleasant guy, too.

They are very good. I didn't have any big issue with my dryer and other. They come on time. They were very polite. I would not use them again.

the whole process took almost 2hrs.. but he did what was necessary and explained what was needed.. he answered my phone call right away, he was at another site and said that he would be at my house at a certain time and he was there.. brought in towels and whatever he thought he might need to clean up the water .. he explained what the problem was, gave me a price to fix it.. when I agreed he went right to work.. and I was busy with my grandson.. he was sweet to him ., He did a great job put everything back and cleaned everything up.. A nice quiet gentleman who just did his job and was more than pleasant to deal with.. I would recommend his company to anyone..and if the need arises would most definetly call him again..

I have been living with a washer that didn't drain all the way for over 6 months. I had to respin it all the time. Rick fixed it and now it works great. Had I known about Rick earlier, I would have saved myself a lot of trouble. I also asked him to come back and fix my refrigerator and he did a great job with that, as well.

Left a message on a Sunday night and received a call Monday morning at 7:30 am. The work was completed by 1 that same afternoon. Quick, professional and the fridge and freezer are working again!

Prompt response to our telephone call. Was able to schedule a visit within a a day or so. Also gave us some good advice about dealing with an odor from our washing machine.

They came over to fix a ventilation hose on my dryer so it wouldn't overheat and it only took about 30 mins. I had never worked with them before but they were great. They were very helpful and the price was right. I would recommend them.

They did not laugh at us or make us feel like idiots because we had ran out of propane, because the propane company had not been out for a year to fill the tanks.

Mr. Ryan arrived during the agreed upon time window. He diagnosed the problem as an igniter that needed replacing. Because this is a common problem, he had the part available. The work was completed in well under an hour.

We had described the situation over the phone and they diagnosed what they thought was likely the problem (the heater coil) and said if that was it, it would cost about $105. That is exactly what it was and what it cost. He said he'd come between 1:00 and 3:00 that afternoon, and he came at 2:00. He called ten minutes before hand to ask us to turn on the dryer before he got there so it'd be warmed up. All in all, very efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable. We will definitely call them with our next appliance problem.

He will tell you exactly what is wrong before he even fixes it. He has never said that we needed anymore work than what is supposed to be done. He was here on time and he quickly fixed the problem. I also think that the prices are very reasonable.

I have used the services of Ryan Appliance 7 times in the last 7 years (for refrigerator, dishwasher, dipose-all, and clothes dryer). Each time he returned phone calls promptly, scheduled the work quickly, and arrived on time. He has an excellent repair record in our home, and even this time, when the refrigerator was beyond fixing, was very helpful in making suggestions for replacement. His reasonable prices and his professional attitude are very much appreciated. He is also very respectful of our home, and is a neat worker.
