We always were informed at what time he would begin and end. He is a good listener and walked us through the details of the project so that we would understand the details and possible nuances of the job. He thoroughly cleaned up after the completion of the project. We would recommend him. The last item to be determined is will the roof repair leak if it ever rains again. To be determined. He's a great guy even if it does.

Excellent quality, honest suggestions and opinions, excellent price to clean rain gutters, replace nails with stainless screws and replace roof vent. I plan to use Remsen for other projects soon, as well as the annual clean out of gutters.
