"SCAMMER!!! Paul Darcy visited our home (my partner was 8 months pregnant at the time). We had water damage in our kitchen and Paul said he could do the renovation job. He asked for a $1,500 deposit to get the job started. A few days later, he returned with a so-called electrician named Kevin and stayed for less than 30 minutes. After that, he disappeared and stopped answering phone calls, texts, and emails. We hired a lawyer to investigate and take him to court. We have compiled evidence showing a clear pattern of fraudulent behavior, with multiple complaints to the state attorney's office and court cases against him.
