Ed was extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain what is often complicated issues to a consumer. He offered options and information on current and future projects (ie compatibility of dimmer switches and light bulbs) all with the top priority of home safety. When he left, there was no evidence that work had even been done. I donâ t personally give 5 star ratings casually. But when they are earned, I give them willingly !

Ed provides great customer service. He arrives in timely manner, very professional and respects your property when making repairs.

I had Jay evaluate and work on several projects in our home in March 2020. The cost was great, work impeccable, job site cleaned so well once completed. The guys did everything I needed and offered suggestions, so it was done correctly. I called Jay again in October 2020 when a truck driver took out a pole in front of our home and along with the main electricity going into our home. He was here as soon as possible, repaired our main electric, city, and brought the 100+-year-old home up to code. Everything is corrected to code and with exceptional service. Update: 09/07/2021 Honest, reliable, fair, and neat. Update: 02/21/2021 Jay and the crew were professional, on time, knowledgeable, and clean. Members wore masks. They were courteous and respectful. Fantastic group to work with and be around. I highly recommend their service.

Great experience- Ed came last minute to replace a circuit breaker that I blew out. He was the most courteous and knowledgeable electrician (or any contractor, really) that Iâ ve worked with! Will definitely be calling again for future needs.

John, Durval, and Liam, along with Ed who had come the week before to assess the situation and make recommendations, all showed on time for what was expected to be an all-day job. I went out about an hour after they started and returned 6 hours later to find that the job was already complete -- a few hours early. Honestly, it was incredible. And to boot, the job came in several hundred dollars less lthan the original estimate, even though there was an additional, unexpected aspect that needed doing. Overall I am totally satisfied and would hire Mister Sparky again in a heartbeat.
