John, Durval, and Liam, along with Ed who had come the week before to assess the situation and make recommendations, all showed on time for what was expected to be an all-day job. I went out about an hour after they started and returned 6 hours later to find that the job was already complete -- a few hours early. Honestly, it was incredible. And to boot, the job came in several hundred dollars less lthan the original estimate, even though there was an additional, unexpected aspect that needed doing. Overall I am totally satisfied and would hire Mister Sparky again in a heartbeat.

Do not hire them to work off their retail price list. We were charged $640 for a two-hour job to replace two exterior lights and install a simple Ring Doorbell replacing an existing doorbell. We supplied the lights and Ring Doorbell. My issue is how they price and the fee we were charged. My mistake was not to accept a fixed price job from Home Advisor.

SO AWFUL!! Completely untrustworthy liars.I made an appointment for a $49 "service call" for Friday, and actually moved/cancelled all my patients for that day to make it work, as that was their first available time. I'm re-doing the kitchen, need an electrician to bring it up to code-- and I wasn't sure exactly what I needed done. (Because they need to know.) I called 3x the week before to confirm the appointment. Two days before the scheduled appointment they ask me to move it up a day, to Thurs, the next day. I say fine-- thankfully I had cleared that day too. I then hold off doing work on my floor so the electrician will be able to walk on it the next day. I ask if the electrician will be able to do any work on this "service call" but I now hear that the "service" described is just giving a quote. The receptionist says she'll find out if any other work can be done. I'm surprised that the appointment wasn't booked with this in mind, as I had requested. Anyway, she calls me back when I'm in the middle of work, and says she needs to hear back by 4 pm (in 10 minutes!) whether I still want the appointment.Then she calls the next morning to say that appointment is gone, as is the Fri appointment! At this point, I don't trust this company AT ALL.I never said I didn't want the appointment. An appointment had been scheduled.If someone calls the customer to say "I need to hear from you in the next 10 minutes or I'm not coming tomorrow" that is pretty outrageous. Perhaps worst of all was hearing her lies defending this unprofessional, unreliable, deceitful practice the next morning when she informed me she cancelled. She said she'd been trying to reach me. If this were true, why was I not informed every (any?) time I called? This is not the way to run a business. Also, requiring that the customer know exactly what is necessary before booking an appointment is not the way to run a business. Charging $49 for a quote but calling it a "service call" is not the way to run a business.Nor is lying. But moving and then cancelling an appointment capriciously, with ridiculous rationalizations, is so disrespectful and unprofessional. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. It messed up my work schedule, and my whole kitchen remodel schedule, delaying it at least a week. In the future I'll call an electrician who can answer my questions directly, book his own appointments, is straightforward and honest, and doesn't charge for a quote and call it a "service call."

I am disputing the charge of $423.00. He was courteous but had absolutely NO CLUE ON HOW TO REPAIR THE CONSTANT BEEPING NOISE! He physically did absolutely nothing to rectify the problem. Just went upstairs, downstairs, insisted on here and there, but had no clue HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I had to hire another electrician who found the problem immediately and had the defective device embedded in the ceiling removed within an hour, or so. Again, nice and polite, but no clue on what to do.

Very friendly and knowledgeable technician. They were prompt and organized. I thought they were a little pricey, but I've yet to encounter a cheap electrician!

Very Professional

I thought it was kind of expensive to screw an electric bolt to the side of the house. It took no more than 10-15 minutes to erect the ladder, climb it, screw the bolt in, and take the ladder down.

The electrician was great and explained each step in the process as he moved through the work. He did a great job of cleaning up after the work. The wiring installed under the sink was in metal casing to protect is from potential leaks. I have not had an electrician in for a long time, so my knowledge about cost is not current, but I felt it was a bit high. However for quality of work, timeliness in terms of projected arrival, focus on the task, including not taking phone calls; clear explanation of work, and clean up, I would highly recommend the company.
