Ed was on time, very professional and knowledgeable - very happy with his work. I had problems with wiring a few 3-way switches and he took his time making sure everything was perfect, not just OK. I thought I got a good value for diagnosing the problem, but I also felt that charging $92/switch to replace the switches was a bit steep. Overall I was happy the problem was solved in a timely manner.

They arrived exactly as scheduled (with phone call half hour before to check that I was home), were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Did the job in and out and done, no surprises. They did read through a spiel for a service plan before doing the work, but they were not pushy about it and were quite willing to accept "Not interested" as an answer, and then moved onto the job. Very satisfied with this company.

I was curious and interested in learning about the debugging process and nature of repair. Technician answered all of my questions while operating very quickly. The cost was more than I had expected from previous independent electrician quotes, however, working with Mister Sparky was far more straightforward and professional. More than half of the electricians I've had visit my home never give me a quote and became very difficult to follow up with. Mister Sparky's professionalism and clear communication comes at a price, but we may stay with them for the future.

I am not satisfied. A lot of the time on this service was spent with his clipboard making up more and more expensive estimates to do the job and long elaborate electrical explanations and a lot of hand wringing about what someone did many years ago. We started at about $200 and finished at $600. ( $300/hr) The representative had even more expensive solutions in mind for us. I can not recommend this company.

Good worker

The electrician arrived to my house on time. We told him what we needed done and he did it in a couple of hours. Ed even showed us some other thing that needed to be changed and did it on the spot. What I liked about Ed the most was that he also explains in detail what he what he has just done shows it to you.

The electrician, Anthony,that showed up was very prompt and courteous. He explained everything to me in advance before he started so I understood what he would be doing. He also took the time to cover the floor and wore foot protection inside the house.

All three gentleman are true professionals. The master electrician is just that. He prides himself by calling shortly before he arrives, verifies all the details of the scheduled service and has all he needs with he. The knowledge and details of his work demonstrates his commitment to you the consumer and his dedication to your satisfaction and especially safety. He completes the service call by thoroughly cleaning up any all the debris from his work.

Mr. Sparky prides itself on doing a good job the first time. They have several rules that while a bit quirky make it clear that they are serious about their professionalism. Specifically, they tell you up front that if they smoke, swear or fail to wear their shoe covers in your house they give you the job for free. Ok a bit quirky but I respect the motive. The only drawback I see is that they are on the high end of the price curve and try to up-sell you their insurance program which I politely refused. Unless you have monthly electrical emergencies this seemed a bit over the top. All that said, I would recommend them to friends for their high quality work.

A little expensive but we didn't get other quotes

Very professional and clean. Walked into my home with booties to not track dirt into my home. Loved the quality of service and the expert work done. Will keep them for future projects!

They were very professional. They were very prompt. The guy that was sent out was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did the job in a reasonable amount of time and explained what was going on and what was required. He was very proficient.
