Removing the old kitchen faucet proved to be a real challenge as it was "frozen" solid under the sink, and there was very, very little room to maneuver. Tom was very careful not to damage the granite counter even though he had to use an electric saw to cut away and force out the components. I would have been swearing and very frustrated, but Tom Maher was professional yet determine. Nice guy.

Exceptional!! I want to give a HUGE shout out to Andrew Foley for his professionalism and expertise which over met any expectation of the job. All the time he invested in my job and the courtesy manner in which he handled me as a customer needed to be recognized with a great BIG thank you. You are truly an assets to your company. I am extremely confident in Kerivan Lane and Andrew and would hire them for any future work in my home.

Technician arrived within the window, was very professional, fully explained work needed, had all supplies on the truck, promptly completed the work. Very customer focused company from scheduling to completion.

When we had more questions about the warm water supply, they quickly showed up, improved the supply and explained again (for no additional charge). We also had some plumbing issues in one bathroom which they immediately solved for us at a very reasonable price. We feel to be in very good hands and will absulotely use their service again.

After I left an inquiry on the website, they got back to me quickly. We scheduled a time for Kevin to come out to look at the house and provide a quote on the job. I had to reschedule the initial quote because of a snowstorm. Rescheduling was easy to do. When Kevin finally came out to the house, we explained to him that we wanted to install ductless minisplits in two rooms and wanted to know the cost of the option to install it in the bedroom as well. (We weren't sure whether we wanted a head unit in the bedroom.) He took careful measurements of the spaces that we talked about and spent the time to answer our questions. Within a day, he had emailed a quote out to me. He quoted the cost of Fujitsu units only, which made me think that they only install Fujitsu units. We decided to go with Mitsubishi units installed through a different company, and when I explained this to Kevin, he replied that they also do Mitsubishi units. I wish that we had known that from the start as it might have made a difference in our final decision. Some things that stood out in the quote: They don't quote a "full" price. There are a lot of extras--the electrical, the permits, the inspections, the cover for the outside line sets. It was hard to know how this quote compared to others we'd gotten since not everything was included. The Kerivan-Lane staff also is *really* phone happy. I appreciate that they want to let their customers (and potential customers) know that they're reachable and attentive. However, within a single day, I received phone calls from four different people at Kerivan-Lane. That seemed excessive, especially since I hadn't gotten a quote yet and had no questions about the installation, quote, or other process.

Kerivan - Lane is my regular heating oil provider.They have done several plumbing works for me at a very reasonable cos with hi quality results. Also they replaced my heating system with an efficient manner. They are extremely professional.

Kerivan Lane has been fantastic. Every person I have met from the sales person to the person who delivers my oil has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are well organized and seem to communicate well within their organization. For example, when the whistle on the oil tank broke the delivery person let the repair department know and they called right away to schedule an appointment to fix it. I only have one complaint, which is about transparency in billing. Because I was a new customer, I was promised that I would receive a discount on oil for several months. The discount is not reflected on the invoices, but when I've spoken to the billing office they promise me it was applied. I wish it was all spelled out clearly on the invoice so I could track it on my own.

They came out and told me it was fine. They saved me the money it would have cost to replace the water heater. They are so nice and polite and always anxious to help. I moved here to Mass in 1999 and I have never been out of oil. They come whenever I need it, even during harsh winters.

I believe they overcharged me for such a simple task.

I purchased a service contract this past year. I had to call on a weekend for furnace repair. The technician on call was very prompt in responding and fixed the problem. A few weeks later the fan needed replacement, not unexpectedly, and again the technician was prompt and attentive. He showed me how to keep the furnace running until a new part could be installed. I feel I received personalized service and was kept informed through the repair process.

Very well. The old oil-fired steam boiler and oil-fired hot water heater were removed and the newest, most efficient units were installed. Kerivan-Lane assigned two experts to assess and advise on which systems to install, based on the size of our house and hot-water needs. The units are modern, relatively small and not bad looking. They removed the old units and completed the installation, testing and cleanup within 3 days. In addition, Kerivan-Lane A/C experts installed a new Fujitsu mini-split that has been keeping us warm in the winter and cool in the summer for over 1 year. (A separate company installed blown-in insulation at the same time.} The price was reasonable. The units perform quietly and efficiently. Our hot water needs are completely adequate. Best of all, our annual heating/cooling costs have been reduced by over $5000.

I watched him do part of the installation, and was impressed by his attention to detail and thoroughness. We have used Kerivan Lane for over 40 years at this location, and have been very pleased with their work, particularly with plumbing and heating.

Serviceman was able to clear the clog without having to replace the trap. He extended the power snake from the 2nd floor down to about the 1st floor level, making certain that the pipe was thoroughly cleared. He worked efficiently, taking the right amount of time to get the task done and no longer. He cleaned the sink and surrounding area before wrapping up.

Plumbers who came were all friendly, efficient and skilled. They arrived when they were scheduled to and worked without interruption until the work was completed.

Very well. The crew arrived within an hour (on New Year's Eve yet), knew exactly what to do, and completed the job within 30 minutes.

We have an annual contract with them. They changed the filters and deliver fuel every three weeks.

They are extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. They come right away very responsive to your needs. Just a blessing all the way around and I've never been happier with a service provider, ever! I HIGHLY recommend.

That is really tricky, they are having to replaced an defective water heater, that was installed less than seven years ago, and we had to have another plumbing company come in and work on it an year ago, who I would highly recommend, when they weren't able to help us, and when they broke down again, we were told this is apart of Abara heating plan, and we needed to talk to Kerivan-Lane about it, a person we talked to, they installed water heater, auditors and accessors, wow you got the Cadillac model, and we had to pay for it, we had no choice, and it turns out the water heater is defective, and the technicians, there have been a lot of water heaters from them. I appreciate that. We were not over five hundred dollars in bills, paying for the damage from the water heater, we had an leak, personal break your heart damage, and its costing us over five hundred dollars, caused by the water heater, Kerivan-Lane did go to bat for us to get the replacement water heater, but we are going to have to pay another four hundred in labor, and we are going to be out of a thousand dollars, for an six year old water heater, that they installed. I know they tried, but they are apart of us being stuck with this. The repairman was punctual, but they did not return any phone calls.

Excellent they were very fare and professional

I have had Kerivan Lane come by last year to perform annual service and was charged for the service. When the technician came out last year he said he didn't normally service Buderus machines. He looked at it, meaning - he *just* looked at it - and then charged me, saying nothing needs to be done on the machine for an annual service - they're a self-care unit. I've since read that Buderus *does* require annual service, and not just someone standing there looking at it. I called Kerivan just now and they said they don't service Buderus at all. I said I had one of their technicians charge me for a Buderus service already, so what was going on? The sales rep gave me a lot of attitude and some vague answers. I'm pretty sure they did not service my machine but charged me anyways. Really angry and disappointed to waste my time and money. I'd rather they tell me the truth than having me pay money to not get an annual service. Buyer beware with these guys.

We were very pleased that they came during a busy period when I explained that we had a leak in the ceiling . Overall an excellent experience.
