The provider is very professional. My yard had hardly any grass and was full of weeds. This provider was able to turn it around within a few months of treatment. My yard is looking much better now. We are looking forward to another year with J Crowdle to make our yard even better!

The services were provided on a timely and professional manner. The weeds seemed to have disapeared now which was one of the major problems. We are enrolled in the fall program to see if that really helps our grass to grow back, for now we have a lot of crap grass. I will be able to make a better assesment of the quality of the program we are in by next Spring as it takes a year or so to have the grass improved. So far so good.

I work for the management company at a building in Newton, MA and this past winter, due to rising costs of another snow removal company, my boss opted to use Crowdle Co. We couldn't have had a better experience and at a more reasonable price. Given the absolute gross amount of snow we received, the guys did a great job at clearing the parking lot and walkways and always, ALWAYS managed to work around those few tenants in the building who managed to remain parked in the dead center of the lot during the worst of the blizzards. We will be using their services for snow removal again next winter and will be referring them out for other services if the need arises. Great company, great employees.

On time. Called ahead. Jonathan was fast, efficient, friendly. Knew his stuff. I used to install sprinklers so I know the job. Prices are what they are - so go with responsiveness and service/quality. These guys are a win.

Epilogue: After a few more weeks and too many emails (including some to my wife, which were unwarranted and inappropriate), they sent someone to do all that we had previously agreed would be done and to try to fix what was still not working/had gotten worse The sprinkler is now working and they added a new head, but in the process, they apparently loosened the stone wall we had built last year, causing my daughter to fall off when the top stone tilted Also, many weeds and brown spots remain Despite their eventual efforts to make things right, I am still dissatisfied and would not recommend

They were always very good to communicate with, pro-active with addressing problems, and I would strongly consider using them again this year. The lawn did appear to respond well to their treatments and I'm looking forward to seeing how well it comes back in the spring. I prepaid at the beginning of the season for a small discount.

They are a bit on the expensive side but they are a great company. They are very thorough in their work. The crew that worked at our house cleaned up the front yard everyday before they left. They are the kind of workers that you wanted to have around your home. They are a professional company.

We first met with Jack Elicone last year (2011) to come up with some design ideas and moved forward with the project later. When Jack was not able to be on site on the first day of work due to unforeseen circumstances, Jason Crowdle, the owner, came himself to oversee the project. He and/or Jack met with us on a regular basis at our convenience to straighten out any issues/give us new information/clarify work. They and their team (Jonathan et al) worked with us to modify the design/plans based on new information/design issues. Kelli Crowdle kept us updated from the office. The front walk was meticulously designed. A few pavers were strategically cut and placed so as to fit well and not mar the line of sight from the street. It is a pleasure just to walk up and down the walkway. The driveway was made more level than the previous one. We are looking forward to planting our new planter next spring. We did not anticipate adding a complete new irrigation system, but it needed an overhaul due to age and other complexities. We had extensive discussions about locations of sprinkler heads and backflow issues. Everyone who worked on the project was professional. When we arrived at home each evening after the work was done, the work area was cleaned up and neat. We are proud of our yard; others have made positive comments as well. We look forward to working with Jack, Jason and his team on future projects that we might envision. We recommend their work highly.

WAS NOT HELPFUL AND WOULD NOT PERFORM SNOW REMOVAL.

THEY WERE PROMPT, BUT WE CHOSE ANOTHER SERVICE BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSER TO WHERE THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED, AND BECAUSE THEY DON'T CHARGE OR PLOW UNLESS THERE IS 3 INCHES OR MORE OF SNOW.

IT TOOK SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO GET AN ESTIMATE, BUT WE WERE PLEASED WITH HIS WORK LAST YEAR, SO WE WAITED. HE DID CALL BACK AFTER I INFORMED HIM THAT WE WERE WAITING UNTIL SPRING AND WE WERE CONCERNED ABOUT COST. HE OFFERED TO DISCUSS OTHER OPTIONS FOR THE SIDE WALKWAY WHICH WOULD DECREASE THE COST AND LEFT HIS E-MAIL ADDRESS TO REACH HIM IF I WANTED TO DISCUSS FURTHER. I HAVE NOT YET FOLLOWED THROUGH ON THIS.

JC LANDSCAPING WAS ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND RETURNED ALL CALLS PROMPTLY. THEIR PRICES WERE VERY HIGH.

SINCE THIS COMPANY CHARGES BY THE INCH AS WELL AS BY THE SIZE OF YOUR DRIVEWAY AND BACK WALKWAY AND DECK, YOU CAN JUST IMAGINE HOW THE COST ADDED UP DURING OUR LAST WINTER OF RECORD-BREAKING SNOW!

RATES ARE BASED ON INCHES OF SNOW ACCUMULATION, SEPARATE FLAT FEE FOR STAIRS AND ICE MELT/SAND APPLICATIONS. THIS COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EVEN CALLED US AFTER THE NEXT STORM TO SEE IF WE NEEDED COVERAGE. WE DID! GLAD THEY ARE SO ''ON THE CASE''.
