+ 0 moreThe end result was good, but I found him to be very difficult to reach by phone and communication in general was poor. He seemed like he was often ticked off about something.

+ -1 moreTHOUGH THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN COMING BY FOR THE INITIAL VISIT, THEY NEVER CAME THROUGH WITH A QUOTE, AND I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. I HAVE SINCE HEARD FROM SEVERAL PEOPLE THAT THEY HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: THEY CAME BY TO GIVE US A QUOTE, AND ADVICE ON SOME YARD WORK, MAINLY OUR LAWN. WE DISCUSSED OPTIONS, FROM RE-SEEDING TO LAYING DOWN SOD, AS WELL AS GETTING QUOTES FOR A PATIO, AND RETAINING WALL.
