They promised delivery at the end of may and did not get complete delivery until august 10th. This was an incorrect measurement, they were very difficult to deal with, were very unprofessional and didn't seem to care. They would not return calls or emails. When things did not come in they were quick to blame middle men and often failed to communicate at all.

The people at Boston Kitchen went out of their way to provide us with the best cabinets for our kitchen at a price consistent with our budget. I was particularly impressed with the after-purchase service we received. Mary, the store manager, & Pat, the general manager, did whatever was required to solve problems that came up. These included: replacing a cabinet damaged in delivery, & correcting a design flaw & some pieces not stained properly by the manufacturer. There wasn't a struggle or phone calls not returned. They came right out to see what needed to be done & the problems were solved as quickly as possible. We're very pleased with the cabinets & with Boston Kitchen.

We had our own contractor lined up for a bathroom remodel. Based on a friend's suggestion, we worked with kitchen and bath designer, Joanna Pagliaro at Boston Kitchen Interiors for the vanity, and countertops. Her expertise, suggestions, guidance were invaluable! She was fabulous to work with! Over the course of a series of home renovation projects, Joanna stands out as a true trade professional, and displayed honesty, integrity, and expertise at every step. The delivery of the vanity, and installation of countertop went smoothly. We are thrilled with the end product. Prices were competitive with other places I had considered, but the service and expertise at Boston Kitchen Interiors was exceptional.

IN FEBRUARY WE BEGAN OUR INTERACTIONS WITH BOSTON KITCHEN, GOING BACK, AND FORTH ON CABINET DESIGN. WE WERE TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE A 10 TO 12 WEEK LEAD TIME, WHICH WAS FINE BECAUSE WE WERE LOOKING TO HAVE THE CABINETS INSTALLED IN JUNE OR JULY OF THIS YEAR. ORIGINAL ORDER WAS PLACED, AND IT TOOK 12 WEEKS FOR THE SAMPLE DOOR TO ARRIVE. WE RETURNED THE DOOR WITH APPROVAL, AND THEN WAITED ANOTHER 12 WEEKS FOR THE ACTUAL CABINETS TO COME IN. THIS AFTER FINALLY BY-PASSING THE SALES REP. WHO REFUSED TO ANSWER PHONE MESSAGES TO US, AND DEALING DIRECTLY WITH THE SALES MANAGER, WHO INITIALLY INFORMED US OF A DELIVERY DATE, 24+ WEEKS FROM OUR ORIGINAL ORDER DATE. THE QUALITY OF THE CABINETRY WAS SATISFACTORY, BUT THAT HAD LITTLE TO DO WITH BOSTON KITCHEN. THE COUNTER-TOP INSTALLATION WENT SMOOTHLY, HOWEVER WE COULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. RENOVATION DELAYS ARE EXPECTED, BUT THIS WAS RIDICULOUS.
