Description of Work: I called them at the last minute before the first snow storm and they were able to fit me in - it really saved me since my back is hurting. I used them again for the second snow storm and they got to me in the evening before things started to ice over.

Description of Work: We hired them to mow the lawn every 3 weeks (asking that they leave the grass somewhat longer for environmental reasons) and trim around the flower beds. They used a very wide stand-on mower--sometimes mowing over plantings on the edges of the beds, sometimes cutting the grass way too short. They also trim with a weedwhacker, but frequently had to be reminded to trim the side yard. We had requested and they had agreed to a major brush clearing in the back, but they never got around to it. We previously did all our own yard work, so don't know whether this service is typical. We will try to use them again this year. They are a fairly new company, so perhaps they were experiencing growing pains with staff.

Description of Work: They mowed our lawn and did a poorer job than the lawn service we used last year.We used them for all of last year but this year we never considered using them.Other jobs like fall clean up and masonary work were done by other firms because their prices were not competataive.

Description of Work: They came for a fall cleanup. They took care of the leaves. I have a quarter acre lawn.
