Greg Albrecht and his crew did an excellent job. Inside, they removed wallpaper and repaired cracks in the ceiling and walls before painting. Outside, they power-washed, scraped, sanded and otherwise thoroughly prepared the surface for painting. For a reasonable additional price, Greg did some outdoor carpentry repairs, including replacing or repairing thresholds and replacing some rotting wood. Beacon's prices were much lower than some of the other estimates we got, and we are thoroughly pleased with their work.

This was the second time I had the house painted by Beacon. The job was so well done that it lasted almost 10yr. They take a great deal of time with prep, and it shows. Very prompt, accommodating, exacting,are honest in pointing out anything that should be repaired, and they do the repairs for a reasonable price.

The contractor did a terrific job on our house. The crew working were professional, hard working and a group I would certainly hire again. Greg was a true expert in his field and invested an enormous amount of time trying to understand our needs.

We called Mr. Albrecht, owner of Beacon Painters, in late July to make an appointment to assess an exterior painting job. One of us met with him at an agreed upon time. Mr. Albrecht was on time, had a pleasant manner and seemed sincere about sending a quote. To date, 5 weeks later, we have received no word from Beacon Painters or Mr. Albrecht. His unresponsiveness is discourteous at the very least and totally unprofessional. I would not recommend Beacon painters as you may well be wasting your time seeking his evaluation of your job and questioning his professionalism.

The owner, Greg Albrecht, is the most honest and honorable person you could ever work with. Furthermore, his crew members are consistently respectful and polilte. Their work is professional and trustworthy. Greg Albrecht is very enthusiastic about his work. If there is something unusual that you want done, he will jump in immediately to research it and get back to you. I remember many years ago when we installed Trex on our deck, it was a new product at the time. Greg went out of his way to get information for us about staining and maintaining the Trex, even though he was not even the person who had installed it. He printed out all the information and gave it to us to keep. Beacon Painters are always our first choice for any job. They deserve the business.

He was reasonably priced, got the job done, and he did what he said he would do. He gave us a very detailed quote and thtat is what is cost us.

They were excellent. They were very thorough, they were meticulous and they cleaned up after themselves. They were done at the set amount of time. Their quote was in the middle range and they stuck to it. They were very good in communicating as what they were doing and how they were coming along. They were good overall.

I contacted Greg Albrecht, the owner of Beacon Painters, Inc. because he has provided outstanding work for us in the recent past: Beacon Painters has painted the exterior of our home, rear deck, bulkhead, doors, dining room, living room, foyer and two bedrooms for our children. Within a day or two after contacting Greg, he came to our home at the scheduled time and date and he appraised the job, in this case the kitchen and family room. My wife and I had the colors already selected and Greg gave us the best Benjamin Moore paint options. Greg is knowledgeable about paint types for both internal and external use. Within two days or so, we had an estimate via email, and within three days we had the hard copy by US Mail. Within another three days or so the contract was signed and the work began. Due our work schedules, the whole process from contact to completion took approximately two weeks.

We would recommend Beacon Painters without hesitation. When their bids came in significantly lower than other bids, we assumed we would get cut-rate service as well. We were wrong. The painting teams were thorough and attentive and did much more prep work (sanding, caulking) than we expected. We are *thoroughly* satisfied with the results. More than that, we truly enjoyed working with Greg Albrecht and his team. Between our travel schedule and inclement weather, they showed great flexibility in the schedule. Fabio, the head crew member, was careful to ask us questions on our needs and expectations as the work progressed, and was truly a pleasure to work with.
