Archie came for my annual service; he was running late but I was called and informed of it. as usual he did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend both Archie and the company.

Malik was very efficient and provided responses to all my questions. He also was very reassuring about the status of my two sump pumps during this, my annual checkup.

BusyDog has been very responsive to questions and/or any issues which have come up. Yesterday, their tech Anthony performed the annual maintenance and cleaning of the sump pump system. He was very professional and thorough. I requested BusyDog to note on my account for him to return any time services were needed.

This company installed a French Drain and Sump Pump in my basement a few years ago. They come once a year for annual service. Corey C just came and was extremely professional and respectful. He explained each part of the system he checked and couldn't have been friendlier. Highly recommend!11

Over priced Minimal work for the cost Still have wet basement

paid for expedited results which were not delivered within agreed upon timeframe. We were told by multiple employees, on multiple occasions, verbally and written via text that we would receive quotes for mold remediation. Never received, gave us the run around for weeks.

Poorly. Inaccurate initial assessment resulted in greater cost later. Sometimes people showed up when not expected, other times failed to show when expected. Phone messages and emails often went unanswered. The initial job required several return visits following our complaints. Although now (5 months later) Basement Technologies considers it complete, it was not done to our satisfaction.

it went great. the workers were respectful and very efficient. they kept the work area clean. they explained all that i needed to know. they provided information for future services and the warranty extension program. since having this system installed my basement has remained dry. this company was quick to respond and affordable. i appreciate their hard work and i am more than thrilled my basement is dry.

All of the work was super except the replacement stairs, which needed to be re-done. However, 1-800-Busy Dog paid for the new staircase that I had my normal contractor build, so I was completely satisfied.

Very well. The inspector was very polite and capable. Had everything all squared away in about a half hour.

It went extremely well, very informative since my bf and I are first time home buyers. Busy dog worked very well with us in renewing and transferring the warranty into my name and was a quick, easy, and stressless process.

I think my response above was a bit broad. The service person checked everything out, installed the new battery, and left the work area better than he found it. He was fabulous. My only complaint is that they have never been on time for anything scheduled. I attribute this to each person trying to do too much. I believe they should have a bit more time for travel, etc., so we are not waiting. Once here, it's all fabulous. My new battery is better installed than the first one and the area is neater. It's a good thing too because since the years with the Busy Dog system I have felt comfortable placing things--even stuff I care about--in the basement. I also want you to know that the people I speak to on the phone are wonderful--kind, supportive, and instructive. Many times I am familiar with the name so employee retention is good and that's a good sign for the company. All in all, it ain't free but totally reliable and I have it much better than my neighbors who only have sump pumps, etc., and are at the mercy of service that does a billion things. To replace the pump they had all the records - I didn't have to find the warranty papers - they just had the office check and replaced it on the spot. They do very clean work, with no left behind mess. I have had them doing my annual check up yearly for the last 6 years and always do a great job.

Arrived on time....courteous...completed in a professional, timely manner
