Description of Work: We hired Wayne Podzka in May 2005 for an extensive project. It involved putting up a new fence, new paver patio, removing some old foundation, leveling a portion of our backyard, and installing sod. Wayne was attentive and made several appointments to assess our needs. He was flexible and fair. He also took me to see his paver and fence suppliers, which really helped me make more informed decisions on which materials to use. His team did a great job and they were a pleasure to have around. He stands by his work to make sure you re happy and get the results you want, which is great. He warned me of things that would increase the price of the job, which helped us stay on budget. His team still cuts our lawn and does a nice job. I would recommend Wayne and his team for landscaping, fencing, and patio work. Yes, I too found him to be busy, but isn't that a good sign? I also found that if you make an appointment with him, he shows.

Description of Work: I HAD USED THIS COMPANY FOR PREVIOUS JOBS SUCH AS LAWN MOWING, MULCHING AND SPRING CLEAN-UP. I DECIDED TO HAVE THEM DESIGN A FLOWER BED FOR MY BACKYARD. I MET WITH WAYNE AND HE LISTENED TO WHAT WE HAD IN MIND. IN THE PROCESS HE HELPED US SAVE SOME MONEY ($500) BY SUGGESTING TO MOVE SOME OF THE PLANTS WE ALREADY HAD BUT THAT WERE IN LESS THAN IDEAL LOCATIONS. WAYNE DESIGNED AND THEN IMPLEMENTED AN APPROX 20' X 10' FLOWER BED WITH A BIRD BATH.

Description of Work: I HAD HIRED THE COMPANY LAST YEAR FOR LAWN MOWING SERVICES AND WAS VERY PLEASED. THIS SPRING THEY PERFORMED A YARD CLEANING (APPROX 1/2 ACRE) AND MULCHING JOB. THE CLEANING JOB WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. SEVERAL NEIGHBORS COMMENTED AND THE GUYS DOING THE MULCHING WERE FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT.
