Went well. The locksmith who came to the house was efficient, pleasant and got the repair done without problems. He was also full of information that was helpful.

We bought a house that had Medco deadbolts (super-high security keys with very limited copying rights) and, to make a very long story short, I ultimately learned that Needham Lock had acquired the rights to our key. When I contacted the store and explained the situation, they were very helpful. We were able to obtain a duplicate key very quickly - it took less than 15 minutes - and the new key works perfectly.

This company is the local approved and quot;Medecoand quot; lock company and we like Medeco locks, which is why we were working with NLDH. Everything was done on time and on budget by this very personable locksmith. When we accidentally overpaid a bill he promptly brought us back the surplus check.
