 + -1 moreand polite. We feel privileged to have met the Kerrigans. They were punctual, trustworthy, even working while we were on vacation, unintrusive and very tidy. Several of our neighbors (one who has already hired them) commented on the outstanding quality of the work and their lovely demeanor.
Description of Work: We have a 102 year old wooden, shingle house. It was stained at construction and never painted. It is 3 stories high with a screened in porch. There was some rot and all of the shingles were very dried out. There is also 2 story clapboard carriage house, about 130 years old in the same condition. Both buildings were power washed, scraped. Rotted shingles and clapboard were replaced by a carpenter brought in and overseen by Martin Kerrigan and his son Michael, then primed and painted. The house has many windows, both storm and screen doors and much detail . Window sashes were glazed as required and painted . The Kerrigans helped us decide on exact colors and had much helpful advice when we asked for it and never unsolicited.

 + 0 moreHe is 100% trustworthy, let him go in and out with out any concerns. He is also very good at preparation work and cleaned up before starting with painting. He works with his son and takes a while to finish job but it is worth it. His prices are very reasonable
Description of Work: Painted the exterior trim of my home also in spring he painted the entire kitchen.
