Since this vendor seems to have installed our sprinklers for the previous owners a decade ago, they were our first choice to get some updates done. However, we've left multiple messages over the past month and only got one call back from a different location saying they'll get back to us. Either they have no staff left or are just very disorganized at the client-facing end. They seemed to be a local and smaller father/daughter company so it would have felt good to send business their way, but we haven't yet been able to. If you're eager to get your work/project moving, you might want to consider a more responsive company.

I made an appointment for Mand M to arrive between 8 am and 11 am. They arrived at 8:05 am and they quickly drained all 3 zones. All in all it was very straightforward with no surprises.

I called a few providers--MandM were quickest back to me, answered all questions, went into more detail than the others concerning water pressure question and was more precise in indicting where the sprinkler heads would go. showed up reliably. good crew . totally satisfied here

Great Service.

We had a blow-out in the connection to the pipe that feeds our sprinkler system. I contacted Mand M Sprinkler and Nick was out the very next morning. I was expecting a big bill, but the cost was just that of the $65 service call. He even gave me great advice about the rest of the system. This is exactly the kind of family-owned business that I want to support, and I'll have them back in a few weeks to winterize our system.

The first visit was to evaluate the need and help get information for the estimate. The installer found the underground valves, tested the system and fixed the drip right away. Then they sent the estimate. It was less than competitors. Then they schedule the work within a very reasonable time frame. They showed up on time for the installation date. They ran into a problem, found their technician and resolved with no aggravation on my part. They finished the installation, tested, then taught me how to us the new control. Works great!

I had been using another company for years but decided to try someone local. I left a message and it did take a couple of days for them to return my call but I was glad that I was patient. The technician they sent out was a few minutes early - which was great for me - and really friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me how to turn the system on, so that next spring I can do it myself! I will definitely call them for the fall.

They did an excellent job. I liked the service. They have done most of the houses in my neighborhood and they were recommended to me.

They had not been the company to install the sprinkler system, but at the initial visit quickly figured out the system and got it working without any problem. They also suggested changing the sprinkler settings to reduce water consumption for areas that did not need as much water. They were professional, prompt and very easy to work with both times.

We were using another company which failed to respond to several calls for service. We called M and M, who was very busy, but who responded quickly and was very prompt. We are so happy to have found them and will definitely use them in the future.

They were very professional and they did a very good job. I believe the installation was $2,400 and the winterization was $75. The sprinkler system covers about 6,000 square feet and they used top quality equipment. They were available to explain how to use the automated timing system and they offered to help me find and fix the hose when someone inadvertently cut a line. They are a local business and they came highly recommended by my neighbor. They didn’t ask for any money up front. They have a lot of customers so they are busy.

They took care of this with insight. They were helpful and easy to contact and called me back when needed. The price was only for a repair and service, not a complete installation. They put in a few more lines and replaced some sprinkler heads that where not working correctly.
