This company was on a list on the Hunter Douglas website under specialists. Plus, they're on Angie's List, so of course, I called them first. They are local---they wouldn't have a long drive to my house. Plus, I like to support local businesses. I called twice (on a Monday, and a Thursday), and spoke with the receptionist. She repeated my phone number to make sure she had written it correctly. She told me that someone could definitely help me, and would get back to me that same day. I called back a second time, just a few days later, and let her know that we had spoken before. She seemed surprised that I still had not received a call. She assured me that someone would call back that same day. They never called me! I'm not sure why Hunter Douglas has them listed on their website since they clearly don't care about even responding to customers; that of course, is incredibly unprofessional. Don't bother wasting your time since they apparently don't care!

This store has an outstanding selection of rugs of all kinds, and also sells window coverings. After much searching at many stores and online sources, we found the perfect area rug for our living room here. They let us try out the rug in our home before purchasing to make sure that the color and style fit our decor, which was a tremendous plus because we were worried about getting exactly the right color. We worked with the owner, Kathleen Powers, in our rug selection, and she provided excellent customer service. We blew our budget on the price, but the quality of this rug is truly outstanding and we couldn't resist. We would highly recommend this store.

We are extremely happy with Kathleen. They did stairs and we bought a rug from her. She helped us so much. We recommended her to a friend and they were really happy with her.
