It was difficult to reach them to set up the appointment but I thought they were very professional and did excellent work - very thorough in their approach.

Rich Leger is very responsible and easy to work with. He's especially easy to communicate w electronically - it makes it much easier than needing to call during business hours. I just put up my holiday lights and yeah! the outdoor receptacle finally works just fine. in prior installations, the seal wasn't right and water caused the whole thing to irreparably short out. I'm happy that I'm not calling Rich this December - and it made me think I should right a review because the work did withstand the test of time and the weather! He has a team of associates who are delightful to be around - they work methodically and cheerfully - they seem to like their work and each other. Their prices seem to be a good value. I will definitely call them again when I'm ready to remodel or have other needs.

He has worked at my house on several occasions over many years. The estimate seems a little high but on the other hand I know him and have confidence in him; so I am going to go ahead with him. He is knowledgeable and seems to have a pretty good idea of what he is doing and how it would work. His responsiveness and punctuality is very good. He returned my call, came over and looked at it in a brief amount of time. He seems quite professional to me. He has done fairly extensive work here before and it was very well done. I would continue to use him in the future.

They came right away and determined in short time that a prior contractor had staple-punctured an electric cable from the box. They repaired it quickly by repairing that cable. I was very pleased with their service.

They were on time. Completed work in just a few hours. This is our second time using them. Will use them again.

The company returned my call quickly. It is very easy to schedule an appointment, and the electrician arrived on time. He explained everything completely.

THEY WERE HARD-WORKING, ON-TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A LOT OF WORK FOR US. MOST WAS VERY GOOD, BUT THEY MADE 2 MISTAKES WHILE WORKING, WHICH THEY ACCEPTED RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND PROMPTLY CORRECTED. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY WERE NOT VERY ACCESSIBLE AND WERE SLOW TO RETURN PHONE CALLS.

I HAD TWO PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. THE FIRST WAS THAT IT TOOK 4-6 WEEKS FROM MY FIRST CALL TO GET AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED AND THE WORK DONE. THE SECOND WAS THAT THEY CHARGED ME 35% MORE THAN THE ESTIMATE I WAS GIVEN. THEY SENT TWO MEN TO DO A VERY SIMPLE JOB WHICH ONE PERSON COULD HAVE EASILY DONE. IT TOOK BOTH OF THEM 2 HOURS TO CHANGE 3 FIXTURES AND 2 THERMOSTATS. ONE OF THEM WAS A TRAINEE. THE COMBINED RATE WAS $135 PER HOUR WHICH I THINK IS RIDICULOUS FOR THE WORK I NEEDED. I DON'T THINK I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR SOMEONE THEY ARE TRAINING. ALTHOUGH THE WORK WAS FINE AND THE MEN WERE COURTEOUS AND ON TIME, I THINK I WILL TRY SOMEONE ELSE NEXT TIME. ALSO, I GOT A BOOK ON ELECTRICAL WORK AND I THINK I WILL DO IT MYSELF IF IT'S CHANGING A FIXTURE. I JUST TOOK DOWN AN OLD CEILING FAN AND THAT WAS EASY.

SOMEONE CAME OUT INITIALLY AND SPENT QUITE A BIT OF TIME GOING OVER THE JOBS AND EXPLAINING WHICH ITEMS ON OUR TO-DO LIST WERE IMPORTANT TO DO NOW, WHAT COULD WAIT UNTIL WE DECIDE WHETHER TO DO RENOVATIONS ON THE HOUSE, AND WHAT WOULD PROBABLY NOT BE WORTH THE COST. HE THEN SENT A WRITTEN ESTIMATE OF ALL THE SMALL JOBS WE HAD DISCUSSED. WE SETTLED ON A SUBSET OF THE TASKS AND TWO ELECTRICIANS CAME AND SPENT MOST OF THE DAY ACCOMPLISHING THEM. THEY WERE VERY NICE GUYS AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, EVEN COMING UP WITH SOME UNIQUE SOLUTIONS TO A COUPLE OF STICKY ISSUES, LIKE WHERE WOULD BE THE BEST PLACE FOR A NEW OUTLET IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM. EVERYONE WE WORKED WITH WAS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. THEY DIDN'T TRY TO SELL US WORK WE DIDN'T REALLY NEED. THEY SPENT A LOT OF TIME ON EVALUATING THE JOB BEFORE GIVING US AN ESTIMATE. THE FINAL BILL WAS SPOT ON WITH THE ESTIMATE.

NON-RESPONSIVE!

RICH CALLED BACK QUICKLY, GAVE US A REASONABLE ESTIMATE AND EVEN MADE SOME SUGGESTIONS THAT IMPROVED THE INSTALLATION. THE ELECTRICIAN AND HIS ASSISTANT WERE PROMPT, DID VERY NICE WORK, AND COORDINATED THEIR SCHEDULE WITH THE PLASTERER. THEY WERE GREAT AND I'D USE THEM AGAIN. AFTER YOU TELL THEM WHAT YOU WANT, ASK FOR THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS AND SUGGESTIONS. IT'LL HELP! ALSO, YOU CAN REACH RICH BY E-MAIL.

PROMPT, CLEAN, EFFICIENT. THE OWNER ALWAYS COMES OUT TO JOB SITE TO MAKE SURE THINGS RUN SMOOTHLY AND MAKES SURE THEY HAVE EVERYTHING THEY NEED TO DO THE JOB FOR MORE THAN A ROUTINE JOB. ITS A PLEASURE WORKING WITH THEM!

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY RETURNED MY PHONE CALL AND GAVE ME A DATE WITHIN A WEEK OR SO THAT THEY COULD COME. THEY WERE POLITE, CLEAN, AND EFFICIENT WHILE THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE, AND WITHIN 1 1/2 HRS THE WORK WAS DONE. I DID HAVE TO WAIT A FEW WEEKS FOR THE BILL, BUT THE AMT. I WAS CHARGED SEEMED FAIR.
