they came a day late and unprepared to repair the dryer despite knowing all of the specifics of the dryer. They never called back and when I called them, they wanted $480 to replace a $50 belt. I bought the belt myself and replaced it. They came to my house for 5 minutes and just looked at the serial number and left. They charged my $190 for this 5 minute visit with virtually no work performed.

Unbelievable. I have used this company in the past and they were timely and polite and did the job fine. This time was a DISASTER! We have now been without a working stove for over a month. The first time I waited at home during their 4 hr window, they never came- forgot to put us on the dispatch list. Despite admitting their error, they couldn’t get someone out for 3 more days. Then they came and diagnosed the problem, and we provided them the error code that was showing on the stove. When the part finally came in (weeks later- not their fault, but FYI), a new guy came out. He was rude and obviously ****** off at someone, complaining to me that he had no idea what was wrong with our stove and didn’t understand why he was there with the replacement board. I tried to explain patiently, and he bit my head off multiple times. I left the room while he continued to “work”, which at one point meant he was googling how to fix our stove. (Not kidding). When I came back into the room, he was GONE. He just left without telling me. Had refused to fix the stove, leaving a note that we should call again if the problem recurs. (The problem which had been recurring for over a month already every day and was already diagnosed by his colleague). I called the office, and the best they could say was “guess that’s not really good customer service” and that the manager would call later that day. They sent no one back out. The manager never called. It’s been a week since then. I will NEVER use this company again.

Great service. The technician fixed our washing machine soon after COVDI began and was very careful and respectful about social distancing and masking. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and it has worked well since. They were responsive, timely, courteous, COVID-safe, and reasonably priced.

What A Joke

The showed up the next morning and got the job done. Good work. Kind of expensive for such a simple switch but we got our dryer working again and quickly. The repairman was nice and worked hard. Kind of expensive.

Required ordering hose which resulted in a second visit for which no additional charge was made

The repair person was supposed to come between 9-1Pm window. He arrived at 3:30 without calling to say he would be late and without apologizing for being late. He diagnosed the problem and said he would order the part and let me know when he was coming back. Due to poor communication (dishwasher broken with 5 people living at home), we decided to order the part ourselves and install it.

It went well.

Everything went great. Dryer was fixed and at a reasonable price. Will certainly contact them for any future repair.

Fast response

They did what was required and did it on time. They provided waste disposal at a good price. The technician was very kind arrived on time and, in times of Covid19, was very thorough disinfecting the area before and after the installation.

Even though it turns out I need a new stove, they were very responsive, let me know when they were on their way, and let me know that I did, in fact, need a new stove.
