+ -1 moreIt sucked. They have changed their online banking system to make it unusable - in the middle of a pandemic when no one can even visit their only branch. They have stripped out nearly all the features and those that remain required multiple clicks to many different screens just to make it extra hard and not-intutiive. I have come to hate this place so much. It is absolutely unusable. Plus, they can never answer the phone, you are on hold for an hour, the person who answers (if the ever answer at all) knows nothing and promises someone will call back - BUT THEY NEVER DO. Expect to make at least 4 or 5 phone calls for any issue, which will never be resolved anyway.

+ -1 moreI called to reply to this latest offer of refinance and was told that there was no offer. It was part of a mass mailing. I have been a very good customer with no late payments ever. I do not understand how they conduct business. It was a complete misrepresentation on their part of at least 3 different offers to refinance my home. They called me- I never went looking to refinance my mortgage in the first place. Stay away from this credit union. They are terrible to do business with. The people at the bank are probably very nice but their policies and misrepresentations of offers are a laughable mess. I cannot imagine how they could justify such behavior. Every business owner would cringe at the thought of acting like this to their customers and expecting loyalty in return. I am going to be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of good banks who are better organized and do not misrepresent their mortgage offers. I urge you to find a more reputable credit union who actually cares about their members- this is not the one.
Description of Work: I have been a mortgage customer for 10years-never a late payment. The credit union kept sending me letters to refinance for a lower rate. I finally did and they turned me down. They told me I didn't have enough income. They said to reapply including my husbands income. They turned me down again. My husband did have a credit problem almost 10 years ago. Every time I applied it lowered my credit score from excellent to good. Now they sent me a letter saying that on careful review of my mortgage they wanted to either lower the term or the rate of my mortgage.

+ -1 moreMy monthly payment is automatically deducted from my bank account. I would absolutely use their loan services again. Their customer service is outstanding, knowledgeable and pleasant. I do not wish to state the loan amount.
