BROWN'S OIL & AIR CONDITIONING

Excellent.

They use an algorithm based upon outdoor temperatures and our consumption to schedule automatic delivery, and there has never been a problem. They are prompt and on-time when performing the annual "tune-up." When we thought the A/C might need a "charge" of refrigerant, their technician checked it and found no need to supplement the refrigerant, and there was no charge for that service, which he performed while at our house on another matter.

Signed up for "Full Service" Oil Delivery. As part of the delevery plan they did a full inspection and service / tune-up of my burner. The came out quickly and the guy also flushed air out of the upstairs baseboards, replaced a pressure relief valve in the basement and fixed one of the radiators as well, and didn't charge me anything. Obviously I'm paying a bit more per gallon then I would from an on-line on-demand oil company but we'll still end up ahead vs paying for the tune-ups out of pocket. Plus I like the peace of mind having one company to call if anything goes wrong.

Their quote was significantly higher than anyone else. I didn't like the woman I spoke with on the phone. I wasn't pleased with her attitude. They also didn't offer some things that other people did.

They seemed nice, but not familiar with gas heat. I believe they specialize in oil.

They answered promptly and came on time. They did everything they were supposed to do and got it done quickly. It turned out very well and it was very satisfactory.
