 + -1 moreThey did a great job painting and cleaning up. They did a final walk-thru, and found some issues we didn't even notice, and fixed them all. Very polite and pleasant. It rained so much during the time they were painting, they showed up on weekends and worked long days whenever it was sunny.
Description of Work: Entire exterior of home painted, including doors and trim.

 + -1 moreThe job started out ok. Wesley seemed like he knew his stuff. He was recomended by afriend of a friend. The completed job seemed ok then the paint started peeling about two months later . I started looking around I started noticing areas which Were not visible unless you got on a lader or the roof. missed a lot of spots and some places were not caulked. I would not recomend this company to anyone. He is not backing up his talk.
Description of Work: Wesley painted the trim on my house. He was suppossed to sand caulk prime then paint. Some areas were not properly caulked and some areas are rough so I suspect they did not sand properly. The paint is peeling from the wood. Some ends of the trim is exposed wood, so I know they were neither primed nor painted. When I called him he told me it was late in the season, but his work was gaureenteed so he would be back in the spring. I started calling him in april at least 40 calls. he responded twice. first time he was in Florida but he would come back and fix the problems. second time he responded was in june. he told me the paint was no good and the benjamin moore rep was going to take a look at it. I have not heard from him since. I have left several messages made numerous calls, no response. The paint is peeling from the wood this guy does not respond to phone calls. I know he is out there because I have had friends call to inquire about his painting services and he calls them right back. He knows my phone number so he doesn't pick up. I would not recommend this guy to my worst enemy. I will be filing a civil action suit against him this week.

 + -1 moreBadly. The painting team was not competent. They did not strip the old paint or rub down properly. They painted directly onto blistered old paint. The whole team either did not understand or pretended not to understand what was required. Several calls to Wesley (the boss) and several conferences were needed before he removed this painting 'team' and brought in a different team to tidy things up. But the end result was still rough in many places. Also a job that was supposed to take a couple of days took a month and a lot of extra grief. Wesley was a real gentleman and did his best to put thing right, but I can't say I was delighted. The painters put unpadded ladders on the roofing tiles (new) and ripped holes in them. The same ladders went on the asphalt driveway, and dug holes in it. They trampled the plants. Wesley tried his best to make this all good, God bless, him he tried.
Description of Work: The house needed painting - around the windows and doors and under the eaves. Not the siding(vinyl). The surfaces needed to be stripped, rubbed down, primed and painted.
