+ -1 moreThe store in Sharon was great. The tech support was awful. Two days, of them finally telling me I need to bring the NIC back. Told me I had an issue with DELL XPS. Absolutley not. Said the 'network engineers' looked into my issue and it should be fine. He could 'bump' it up further but, more likley it was my notebook. I went to AT&T and everything works great. AT&T is unlimited access as well, Verizon is not.
Description of Work: Bought the broadband wireless for my laptop. Worked fine in the store, does not work anywhere else. Went around on the phone. Technician explaining to me the previous Verizon network engineers gave me incorrect information, was very surprised at their counterparts lack of knowledge. Essentially threw them under the bus.

+ -1 moreI am just thrilled with them. They can help you fix just about any software problem you have. It is just like falling of a log, its great! They answer the phone quickly, and they solve the problem in minutes.
Description of Work: I called them three times this month. First, I had a message that said I needed to run a disk check. He had it all set up to go within 10 minutes and it took 4 hours to complete. The second time, I had a reoccurring problem with a window that said I had an error. I called them and they fixed it remotely in 20 minutes. The third time my wife had a problem where she couldn t access her contact list on Microsoft Outlook, which he fixed in 10 minutes. They did everything remotely.
