Tilton Cleaning & Restoration

Timely and a great job. Very satisfied. Sorry this response is so late, I thought I had already sent it a long time ago.

Tilton was an excellent company to work with. They offered a competitive discount for Angie's List members, and were very responsive, thorough, and professional. The morning of the appointment, the guy even called to tell me he answered an emergency call and would be about 15 minutes late. I wouldn't have even blinked if they had been a bit late! So nice. And to top it off, he re-measured everything from the measurements I had provided for the estimate, so he only charged me for the portion of carpet that was actually cleaned! (Ex. I provided full room measurements for our bedroom, but he didn't clean under the bed or dressers because I didn't move them, so he only charged me for the areas he cleaned.) I thought that was really great, so it was actually less expensive than the quote. He got all the stains out and it smelled clean after! (Not his fault that four days later my dog vomited on the floor again...guess I'll have to be using their services again sometime!)

Service yielded a great result and was prompt and efficient. We would use Tilton again.

Mr. Tilton arrived right on time. He and I walked "the job". He was honest with me about one carpet as it was a braided hand made rug that I had purchased at a crafts fair years ago. He told me that he could try to clean it but warned that is was not a good idea given the nature of the rug materials. I liked that he was so honest and was willing to give me his opinion up front which meant that the job would cost less. I would certianly use him again.

Overall, Tilton did a very good job. He arrived promptly and explained to me everything he was going to do before he did it and answered all of my questions. He was not able to explain an odd-colored pilling that was happening under the cushion of the sofa, but he did his best to clean it. Also, I am so glad I found someone who was willing to clean my mattress.

I talked to Mike Tilton on the phone. The first scheduling did not work out so I had to reschedule a second time. one technician arrived and after seeing both carpets got to work. One of the carpets was heavily stained and the other had a lot of traffic. H e took about 90 minutes to clean both carpets. I was initially worried that damaging might damage the carpets but it did not and there was a noticeable improvement.

This experience was outstanding. I submitted a request for service on line and the owner of the company called me back within 24 hours. He was very cordial and clear. He was able to schedule my services within 4 days. The individual, whom I think was Matt (sorry I can't remember for sure) showed up a few minutes early and did his work efficiently and thoroughly. He was pleasant and completed the work within the time frame he had indicated. I have given the name of this company to 2 friends already. I appreciate the good business and will certainly use this company again.

I bought a big deal for this service and it was great. What stood out was the professionalism and the ability to explain why and what they are doing.

It went great. I bought the deal and contacted the seller on Thursday, and they came on Friday. Very timely, price was as quoted, great job! Cleaned the carpet so thoroughly it looked new. Very nice service person. And really pleased with every aspect of the service. Will absolutely call them again when my carpet needs cleaning.

I bought the Angies Big Deal and with this company. We scheduled everything by mail though Angies. Everything went smoothly and

Great service all around. Filled out the web form, and he called me back the next day I think. Just purchased a home and wanted the carpets in bedrooms cleaned before we moved in. Problem is, we didn't know when we were getting keys - so the owner (Mike?) made an appt for us for 4, but said to call him when we got the keys, and if he had a tech available, he would come out earlier. They ended up coming around 2:30 which was perfect. Also, because the house was empty, and they didn't need to move furniture, he gave me a reduced price because the job could be done so quickly. The technician who came was professional and did a good job. Would use again for sure.

Very satisfactory service. He was punctual and efficient. Initial response was quick, but after that they were a bit show to respond and fix the date of service. However, it was not a major issue.

Great. It was fast and efficient. Mike was pleasant to deal with and actually got a grease stain out of my carpet.
