Pick up and delivery were great. Communication was also great. Sent the carpet back for a second go because I was concerned about dander. They were amazing. Took the rug back without hesitation and brought it back totally hair-free.

We've been using Tilton for at least 15 years. Michael and Matt are great. The provide excellent service and a great value with the deals on Angie's List. I've used them before and it was about $280 to clean 4 rooms, so we love being able to purchase their deals from a company we trust.

Wonderful. Mike is very professional and reassuring. He showed up when promised , did a great job and hopefully will be our carpet cleaner for life. He appears to be a one man operation and is very pleasant to work with. We recommend him highly.

After a confusion in service dates Matt came the following morning and completed the job in 1 hour and 45 minutes. He did a great job and cleaned stains that previous cleaners didn't get clean on the stairs. This was an Angie Deal and we did get a great?job done at a great price. ?

Mike Tilton is very professional. There was a scheduling issue at the office but he was very quick to respond and correct it. There were several stains on the basement carpet from the previous owners that were not able to be removed. He came out for a second visit and retreated the stains. They are still present but I am satisfied that the carpets are clean and sanitized.

The provider responded to my email within 24 hours, scheduled an appointment and arrived at the scheduled time. Within about 45 minutes, he successfully completed the cleaning of a 9 X 18 oriental rug removing the red wine stains. He also was very careful to clean up everything before leaving. This is the second time I have utilized Tilton and recommend them to others.

He honored the Angie list discounts. He arrived promptly which was fantastic. Took measurements to give us an exact quote before he started work and did a thorough job cleaning everything (he literally took apart the couch to clean every surface). He was attentive and noticed we had cats let us know the door would be open so we were able to place them safely in the basement while he cleaned. We would definitely use him again.

They picked up the rugs, and a couple of weeks later delivered them all clean. Good work, punctual, and professional. We were happy with their service.

Mike is great - kept in constant contact through our scheduling (and rescheduling) and worked to come over in a timely manner and before the date I needed the rugs finished. Rugs are super clean, house smells great! Nice, honest company - would highly recommend.

Went well. Floors are older but did see improvement in tiles and grout. The technician was very conscientious and I think did his best.

Matt came on time and explained the process. We had some water stained in the carpet. He did an excellent job and the carpet is clean!
