It took a bit longer than said but the workmanship and the professionalism were excellent - the service was based on a coupon and the total value was excellent as well. I would use them again

Description of Work: The price was right-$99 to clean my 8x12 rug with pick up and delivery. This is an older rug that was quite soiled, and it looks very good after the cleaning. The problem was with communication. I was told 7-10 days for the cleaning, but I did not hear from them until I emailed that I was being asked to rate them on Angie's List! Rug showed up the next day, three weeks after pick up. |

Description of Work: There was a delay to schedule the service, but I was not in a hurry, so it didn't create a problem. Once the service was scheduled, Mike showed up on time and cleaned my sofa, which is yellow and shows stains. It looks significantly better than it had and Mike was professional throughout the entire interaction.
