Description of Work: Cleaned basement carpet and stairs (stairs were beyond the $99 Angie's List special offer. Fit me in to his schedule because we needed last minute cleaning before house went on market. Came on time, was efficient, and no mess was left. Did a good job - our carpets had stains and he was able to remove some but not all. That was expected because we had had the carpets cleaned 2x prior with the same stains remaining. Good job. Hire him.

Description of Work: I took advantage of Angie's List Big Deal and was able to clean 5 Oriental rugs of various sizes. They were prompt, professional, and very understanding when I asked them to hold on to my rugs for longer than anticipated, while renovations were finished. There was some bleeding on one rug, which they informed me about. What they didn't say about that same rug was that the fringe was shedding and disintegrating, and continues to do so. The other rugs look great. |

Description of Work: Ordered 3 rooms of carpet cleaning for $99. Be sure to read fine print - if you actually have 3 rooms under the sq ft limit, you have really small rooms. Anyway, Mike came and cleaned our basement carpet; it's one large room about 25' x 12'. He was fast and did a great job. Got out a tough old dog urine stain, which was impressive. Of course, basement carpets are tough because you risk the musty smell due to mildew and moisture. That happened, but the smell was already there before his work, so it wasn't his fault. Some day I'll pull the carpet and replace with tile, that's likely the only solution. In the meantime, my carpet is clean!

Description of Work: Cleaning was fine. The first time they arrived, I thought they would clean the rugs on the spot, or take them for cleaning. Instead, they evaluated and returned for 2 of the rugs at a later date. Not a huge deal, and all came out beautifully clean at the end, including a very stained dining room rug.

Description of Work: They came to clean my kitchen floor tile. He was professional, punctual, got the work done quickly, and didn't try to talk me into anything extra. The only reason I didn't give an "A" overall rating was simply because they only use clear sealer for the grout. I needed a colored grout to match the existing grout. Some grout color remained after the cleaning and some didn't, which means the grout is uneven now. Clean, but uneven. But the gentleman didn't charge more for the extra large area he had to clean. So it was fair. I'd have them back for sure.
