Description of Work: Cleaned a loveseat couch and small area rug. All were light cleaning no major stains. Tech did about 1&1/2 hours of labor. Price was $376 almost $200 an hour for light steam cleaning... Too expensive

I will send you a refund. Please understand your sectional sofa is really 2 sofas, plus the love seat and the rug for $48. Matt is very experienced and I can assure you the work was done very thoroughly and along with top notch high tech equipment we can be very efficient on the job. Description of Work: For original visit under "special" from Angie's List $99. Very good job with overly dirty carpets. For second visit contracted: two rooms plus two stairways somewhat more. Agreed on price after company man saw areas and before he began work. Be prepared to let carpets dry undisturbed for 36 hours or so. If very dirty, they need lots of steaming. We appreciated the diligence and good result.

Description of Work: I had 2 oriental rugs ( one old/ thread bare, the other newer, but badly in need of cleaning) Pick up went smoothly. They came back in perfect condition, no chemical smell...nice and clean. Interactions on phone arranging everything was courteous, professional and timely. I will certainly use them again in the future.

Description of Work: He washed three rugs and a stair runner. He was fast and did a good job. My only criticism is that he didn't clean the rug pads--if I had known this ahead of time, I would have made sure that they were thoroughly vacuumed.

Hi [Removed member name], So glad you liked the work we did for you. Your Orientals were a bit challenging to clean. I'm sorry about your expectation to clean the pads. I don't think we've ever cleaned a pad it's not something that is normally done. Because of the density of a pad they don't really clean well anyway. What ends up on a pad is a bit of fine sand that filters through the rug. Thank you and have a nice day Michael Tilton
