Description of Work: Cleaned a few rugs, including a stairway runner. Excellent service and cleaning was good overall. I think the oriental rug specialist might have gotten the oriental carpet a bit cleaner...their process and tools are different. That said, it's much easier to have in home service and the cleaning worked well. The owner was responsive and the man who came to do the cleaning was timely, respectful, courteous and efficient.

Description of Work: Picked up and cleaned two large oriental rugs and delivered them back. Positives- they let me extend the date that the coupon was supposed to expire. |Negatives- took several weeks of back and forth emails to schedule a pick up date. It ended up costing me a lot more than i thought it would using the coupon. The explanation was very complicated, and I quote: "The deal is $99 for an 8x10 rug. 80'x$2.50 per foot or $200. You have 248' |of rugs or (3 rugs worth) x $2.50 =$620 is the our actual regular price. |You paid $99 plus $336 or $435. The price I wrote down $496 is the regular |price $620 minus the Angie's 20% discount. You get the cheaper of the two. |The focus is on the square footage 248' times the regular price $620. You |still paid less than the $496 please keep that in mind."
