Description of Work: Carpets were cleaned in 3 rooms. They actually moved furniture and cleaned the rugs then put the furniture back! They will base their price on moving or not moving the actual furniture in a room. The rugs looked great. The only thing to note is the carpets are cleaned with hot steam from a truck mounted unit. The heat from the truck running and the steam in the hose burned a large spot on my front lawn next to my driveway. I would still recommend them highly and plan on having the rest of my carpets done!!

Description of Work: He cleaned almost all of our oriental rugs; some were too damaged by moths and he pointed that out. His estimate on completion was good and he arrived within the time window he specified. He forgot the bags he said he would bring but we worked around that and he helped me move the rugs to the basement. | |I've used them before for rug cleaning and will use them again. |

Description of Work: They cleaned one room of carpet and 2 tile areas.. I thought the price was very high for the amount of work performed. I was also very disappointed to get bumped off the schedule the previous week since they were short staffed and couldn't manage other service calls that took priority.

Description of Work: Mike Tilton was very quick to respond to our request for service after a humidifier leaked on our carpet. Although the initial cleaning didn't remove this very nasty stain, he was again quick to return my call, returned to treat the area and to supply and instruct us on the use of a cleaning product for further treatment. Other carpets were cleaned thoroughly. I would certainly use this company again. A pleasure to deal with Mike.
