Tilton Company was used by the contractor's cleaning company to clean my oriental rug. He picked it up promptly and returned it within a week. I do not know the cost because it was included in a bill to the contractor. The rug had been treated harshly by the work people at my condo, and there was much dirt and plaster dust on the rug. It came back to me sparkling clean. Mr Tilton brought it back himself, and laid the rug quickly and expertly. I would certainly recommend the company to others, and intend to use it myself in the future..and

Mike showed up at our house. He has been there before. He always does a very nice job and he is very thorough. Additionally, he is very knowledgeable and always offers helpful comments about rug care-- as it relates to your carpet/rugs, while he cleans. We have never used Mike to clean upholstery. But after the holidays, we will definitely call him.

I used them all the time, once or sometimes twice a year. They were very responsive. They did a high quality job. I had two dogs and a cat. I had a white rug. They did a very good job at pre-treating and then treated afterwards with Teflon or whatever they put on to protect the carpet. I think that made it very easy to clean it going forward. They would always come back right away and clean the carpet if something happened in between cleanings like if one of the animals had a problem or if we spilled something. They were great. Their crew was very polite. They did not have to move my furniture the last time. If it had to be moved, they would lift everything up and take care of it all. I didn't have to touch my furniture or deal with any of that. They were of good value.

Tilton's Cleaning Co. cleaned a rug for me. They came to my house and picked it up, cleaned it, and brought it back. It took about a week to get it back. It was a very convenient service. It is a family owned business, and they do a good job. They were very pleasant. The price and quality was good. I would use them again in the future.

The technician showed up on time, and completed the job as we discussed. They did a great job getting the stains out of the carpet as well.

Mike has always done a great job, always very professional and trustworthy. When we had a flood in our finished basement he responded during the night and removed all the water from the carpet and set up drying equipment, after everything dried out, he put the carpet back and you would never know anything had ever happened.

Tilton has always been on time the several times we have used them. It is easy to schedule with them too. We have off white carpet and he always takes extra care to get the stains out. I can tell he cares about doing a good job.

He gave an estimate over the phone with the caveat that he had to see the rugs to be sure. He was very professional and straightforward. Did the work within a short period of time; very professional and personable. I would use these people again.

THEY ARE EXCELLENT IN WHAT THEY DO. THEY WORK ON ALL THE VERY EXPENSIVE HOMES IN THE AREA. THEY ARE A VERY RESPECTED COMPANY IN THIS AREA. THEY ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Michael was terrific. Very courteous and polite. Helpfully diagnosed problem with rug (actually was a problem with the pad underneath). Told me the cleaning would take about a week, but was able to return the rug in only two days, which was terrific. Would definitely use them again.
