Tilton Cleaning & Restoration

A great experience from start to finish. Michael arrived on time, got his equipment set up and got straight to work. All of the rugs and sofa came perfectly clean. There was no mess, nor did he disturb anything else in the house as he was working. The only equipment that came into the house was the hose set up that did the actual cleaning- the actual machine is mounted on the truck, so there was no mess coming in from the outside. I was perfectly satisfied and recommend him without hesitation.

Purchased a Big Deal with Angie's List. I called them and they came over and picked up the rugs and moved the furniture. Called me a couple of day's later and said the rugs were done. They even layed the rugs down and moved the furniture back for me.

Tilton Cleaning was very flexible. Added area rugs and carpets to the job as I asked. Spot cleaned kitchen floor as a test to make sure his equipment would be effective. Did some spots by hand as well.

It was great. I had purchased the Angies list special. They called me to schedule it. Came as scheduled. Guy was very nice and polite and responsive. THey went out of their way to help me get the biggest bang for my buck- so I got great clenaing without wasting money. They put all the furniture up on blocks to protect it. It was easy, fast, proefssional and made my rugs look new again. I'll definitely use them in the future.

The Tilton staff was very polite and easy to work with. They were on time, and the rug came back very clean, soft, and with no scent of cleaning products. Great job. Would use again.

)Did that up above. In addition I preferred to have the carpet washed and rinsed and air dried as is traditional for orientals rather than using one or those big scrubbing machines. That is why they took it back to their facility. I'm very happy with the results!

The carpet in our basement had gotten some bad stains in it. There is also a trail from where our dog comes into the basement from his dog door and goes up the stairs. The weird stains in the carpet were taken care of, but the 'trail' still remained. I spoke to Mike about it and he said they would be happy to try it again. When Sandy returned to do the kitchen chairs, he went back over the 'trail' again. Unfortunately it still didn't totally disapear. Mike called us a couple days later to see how it was. He expalined that sometimes stains in carpet become permanent, but he was willing to come over one more time to try again. It got better the 3rd time, but still is there. I am disappointed that it doesn't seem like it can come clean, but I really appreciate Mike's willingness to try to clean it again two more times. We would use Tilton again.

The Tilton agent arrived promptly and removed the rug from my living. Returned within 2 weeks and placed the rug down This is a big convenience as I did not have to remove and carry the rug to the company and have always had difficulty putting the rug(s) back down.Went very well and will use Tilton again

Went very well. In retrospect, I should have asked for the price up front and Tilton should have told me what to expect. The $120 price, before the 35% first time customer Angie's List intro discount felt very high. $78 seemed reasonable, especially given that they picked up and delivered from the next town over.

Excellent experience. The man who came was pleasant and courteous, explained what he was doing, and answered questions as they came up. When he left, he explained the drying time, and what to anticipate over the next 24 hours. Very professional, fair price, and excellent service. Would certainly use them again.

The person who cleaned came right in, introduced himself, came right in and started work. I had moved out the small, light pieces of furniture. He vacuumed first, then cleaned the carpets. It was relatively fast. He placed protective papers under the pieces of furniture that could not be moved. He explained how long it would take the carpets to dry. He told me I could walk on them right away, but might want to wait to move the light pieces of furniture back into the room.

I've used Tilton's for over ten years. They come on time, are professional and do a great job of cleaning my rugs and couches.

They were terrific. We msssed up on the date for the first booking and they graciously rebooked for me. The carpets they had to clean were a mess and they did an exceptional job. I added their number to my phone for future work

Excellent service, I have been using them for uears. For area (braided rugs), they take them to their shop to thoroughly clean and "dry" (delivery is free).

Arrived promptly. Measured carpets to be cleaned. Provided an estimate. Asked what furniture should be moved and moved that furniture. Performed the work. Have used Tilton's for many years and have always been very satisfied with their work. Tilton's has also taken area rugs off site to be cleaned with good results. Mike has been especially helpful with removing stubborn stains.

As I said I will be using them again soon!
