Everyone I interacted with was Very friendly and helpful. They did a great job cleaning the rugs.

Matt showed up at 8:00AM (as promised). The furniture needs to dry for24 hours, so I cannot say how clean it really is, but from the look of the furniture, it seems much cleaner. Matt said that as the furniture dried, it would brighten more. By the way, I have white furniture and it took a hit a couple of years ago with the major snows we had (the roof leaked). I can't wait to see it tomorrow morning. I would definitely recommend Tilton Cleaning. Matt was professional from start to finish!

Mike Tilton did an excellent job. He was courteous and called ahead to say when he would be arriving. After inspecting the sofa he was honest that he may not be able to get some of the yellowing out on the arms due to sunlight and age. However, he did a remarkable job and made them look so much better. He asked if we wanted to have the sofas scotch-guarded to protect them. The cost was $40. We thought this was reasonable and added it to the coupon for the cleaning which cost $99. Total cost was $139.00. I would give Mike an excellent rating and would recommend his services.

Tilton picked up the 8' x 10' oriental carpet and returned it during the time frames specified. Cleaning took less than a week. They also installed a new felt pad that was cut to size. Our carpet looks like new with no stains, vibrant colors and untangled fringes. I've already recommended Tilton to a friend and will use them again for working magic on soiled carpets.

The appointment was easily made. Service personnel arrived as expected, assisted in moving furniture both during removal and replacement of carpets. The carpets were returned in a timely manner. The rugs were clean and in good shape.

I bought a package deal from Angies list from an email promotion and contacted Mike over email. He was prompt in responding to emails and we set up a time for him to clean the carpets in our house. He showed up on time and gave our carpets a thorough cleaning.

They did a very professional job. Pick up and delivery were on time and the rug came out great.

Gentleman was very courteous and actually advised me that I wouldn't use his service for the rug I had because removing the pet scent would cost more than the rug value depreciated was worth. He lost business being honest. For that I give an A+

We called him on the phone and he proved pleasant, professional and knowledgable about his trade. We bought a piece with some water damage on it and were hoping to have it repaired, but he said he couldn't do that type of work. I appreciate that he was forthright and didn't try to waste any of our time.

After playing phone tag for a few days we connected and set a date for that week. There was confusion as to what needed to be done so after setting the date, we had to reschedule for tile and grout as opposed to carpet cleaning. We set a time and I got a phone call that day, hours earlier than our scheduled time saying the tech was at my house waiting for me. I called back to say we had explicitly stated a one I clock because I wouldn't be home until then. He did come back when i was home that day to complete the job. A lot of scheduling mishaps but once the job was complete I was more than satisfied with the job. My floors sparkled. They did a great job. I stand by an overall rating of an A because it wasn't the job that was compromised, just getting them in the house, which didn't put me out.

All went very well. I was able to schedule the pick-up of the rugs within a few days of calling. The person who picked up the rugs answered my questions and addressed my concern that the cleaning not further damage the already fraying edges on my rugs. The rugs were promised back within a week, but I got a call only a few days later that they were ready! Delivery was scheduled and a different gentleman returned with my rugs, put them back in place, and offered some advice on rug pads. It's hard to tell if the rugs look cleaner because they both have muted colors and I'd have to look at the before & after side by side, but they definitely smell better!

I left a message to schedule an appointment on Monday. They returned my call Monday evening and showed up as scheduled at 8am on Tuesday. He was punctual, thorough and very neat. All the furniture was lifted onto styrofoam cubes to protect the carpet while they dried. When I got home at the end of the day the carpets looked great. I guess they were dirtier than I realized. I will definitely have them out to do this again.

Mr. Tilton himself responded to several emails and calls from me over the course of arranging and rescheduling the pick up and return of our rug. He was friendly, professional, very responsive and prompt. The best aspect of the experience was the appearance of the rug when it was returned to us. We hadn't realized how much years of use had subdued it. The vibrancy of the colors now is wonderful. Absolutely worth the expense!

Even though the owner was on crutches due to an ankle injury, he made sure that his company provided the service immediately. He came out personally to my home to retrieve and deliver the carpets. The carpets were cleaned beautifully. Tilton is a superb company! I will definitely use them again!

I would highly recommend Tilton. Mike was so responsive and extremely helpful in helping us to move furniture to remove the rugs. He returned the rugs exactly when he said he would and they look amazing. I will definitely continue to use them.

We were happy with the service provided by Tilton Cleaning & Restoration. The experience was fine. The fellow showed up when he said he would. It was a large rug so I helped him get it into the van. They had the rug for about a week and then called to say they were bringing it back. They brought it back when they said they would and then they put it back down. I have no complaints about the quality of work. I have no complaints about them. The service was good. To me an A is wow that is great! and a B is pretty good.

Service performed was great. After leaving a voice-mail to schedule service, my call was returned promptly and carpet pickup was scheduled. It took less than anticipated to do the job and the carpet was delivered back at my home. I will definitely use Tilton Cleaning & Restoration again.

I liked the company and the man who did the work. They did a good job. Their price was very good. I will contact them again.

Prompt and professional. The only problem was that a small section of grout was apparently cracked in one room and the cleaner's vacuum sucked up the cracked pieces. I just regrouted it. Not a big deal.
